After payment your personalised video will be generated and sent to your email address. Please note your video may take longer than usual occasionally due to high demand. If you do not receive your video within 2 hours please contact us at support@geniusgiftai.com
Open the email from Genius Gift AI and click the yellow "Download Your Video" button.
On iPhone: tap and hold the video → Save to Photos.
On Android: tap the download icon → Save to device.
On computer: right click → Save video as.
Your video will only be available to download for 7 days after purchase. After this it will be automatically deleted. Please save it to your device as soon as possible.

Generated videos are stored securely for 7 days then automatically deleted. Your email address may be used to send you updates about new characters and offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
Your personal information will not be distributed, sold or shared with any third parties under any circumstances.
The creator and operator of Genius Gift AI retains full intellectual property rights over the platform, its technology, branding, generated content and all associated materials.

By using our service you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this policy. Genius Gift AI videos are personalised digital products. By completing your purchase you acknowledge that you are purchasing with full intent and that you are responsible for the content you create. We are not held accountable for the outcome of your creative choices.
When downloading your video it is important not to close the tab. Minimising the tab is okay. If you close the tab your video may not complete downloading and we are not responsible for that action.

• The dialogue in the video does not match the text you entered
• A verified technical error occurred on our end
Email support@geniusgiftai.com within 7 days of purchase. You must include your order number (found on the loading screen or your confirmation email). We will investigate and determine the validity of the refund request.
Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days back to your original payment method.
Genius Gift AI provides AI-generated personalised character videos for personal gifting and entertainment purposes only.
You agree to use our service for lawful purposes only. Any video containing harmful, offensive, abusive or illegal language or content will not be permitted and your order will be cancelled without refund. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
The characters displayed in our videos are intended for parody and entertainment purposes only. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any official franchise or rights holder. You are solely responsible for the consequences of sharing these videos online or otherwise.
Videos generated are for personal use only. Commercial use or redistribution requires written permission from Genius Gift AI. The creator retains full intellectual property rights over the platform and its technology.
Videos are typically delivered within 3-5 minutes of payment. During high volume periods this may take up to 2 hours.
All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth): Businesses are not required to provide refunds for change of mind. Custom-made and digital goods are exempt from refunds once production begins.
EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU – Article 16)
Consumers lose the right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately after purchase and personalised or custom-made goods. By purchasing you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of your right to withdraw.
United States – FTC & Digital Goods Standards
Digital goods are non-returnable once delivered. Personalised services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Clear disclosure prior to purchase makes this policy legally enforceable.
International E-Commerce Standards
Digital products cannot be returned once accessed. Personalised goods are exempt from refunds. Clear pre-purchase disclosure and consent override refund obligations.
By completing checkout you explicitly waive any right to request a refund, any chargeback claim based on dissatisfaction or change of mind, and any dispute claiming non-delivery once digital access is provided. Unauthorised chargebacks may be disputed with evidence of policy acceptance, digital delivery confirmation and custom work initiation logs.
Genius Gift AI is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
